From the back office to building with AI
I started out teaching online and freelancing on Upwork, back when “remote work” still raised eyebrows. Before that, I was a community development worker travelling across the Cordilleras. Over the last 13 years I’ve supported executives, founders and agencies across the US, Australia and beyond.
I’ve been the Executive Assistant to a SaaS CEO, the admin support keeping a publicly listed US company organised for close to a decade, and the backend engine for marketing agencies. That means I know what actually slows a business down — and it’s rarely the big strategy. It’s the follow-ups, the onboarding, the emails that never get sent.

Why I do this work
After my father passed away, something shifted in me. We spend so much time waiting for the right moment — to take the trip, to start the business, to finally invest in ourselves. And then time runs out.
I stopped waiting. I started building.
That’s what I bring to every project: a deep belief that your time is your most valuable asset, and that spending it on tasks AI can handle is a choice you don’t have to make anymore.
